About the package

This 6-month one-to-one mentorship package not only equips you with the complete toolkit and knowledge needed to start finding your first property, but it also serves as what I would describe as a property "personal trainer" package. You will have someone supporting and holding you accountable, guiding you through the process of finding your first property amidst both the highs and the lows.

This package includes:

• Fortnightly one-to-one Zoom calls to teach the blueprint, answer any questions, and establish clear goals and a strategy to follow.
• WhatsApp support from Monday to Friday. This is the accountability component, where we check in regularly. You can ask any questions, share your progress and challenges, and we will work together to find solutions.
• Over the course of 6 months, we guide you from being a complete beginner to finding your first deal, securing tenants, and then how to systematize this into a business to make it as passive as possible.
