This resource package provides every document you are going to require to begin your Rent to Rent HMO business! From scripts of what to say to agents, offer letters, direct to vendor letters you have access to all these methods of contacting landlords to get your first deal.  You also have access to the Rent to Rent HMO Deal calculator, that will automatically calculate the offer, and do the maths so you don’t have to! Aswell as the company let contract which has been drawn up by my solicitors and I use on all my properties.
